<li>If there is a person who is extremely sick and the doctors have given up hope on his being cured and if a person recites this dua every day and then blows on top of the sick person, then through the grace of Allah, the sick person shall be cured.</li>
<li>If a person has not been blessed with a child, he is recommended to read this dua. Allah will grant him offspring who will be righteous and pious.</li>
